Job Description

HR Global Process Manager overseeing HR services and ensuring high-quality support for employee experience. Leading HR service delivery improvements and partnering with global HR teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administration of HR services and processes ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, accurate and timely support.
  • Support a wide array of HR needs including employee inquiries and HR functional processes.
  • Provide broad-based support for established systems and processes, ensuring ongoing quality control, adherence to corporate and departmental guidelines as well as adaption to meet changing employee and business needs.
  • Partner with HR, COEs, and regional leaders to ensure end-to-end processes are documented and that knowledge is transferred appropriately to the HR Service Delivery team.
  • Address confidential, complex and time sensitive data, process or service-related issues with a customer centric approach.
  • Collaborate with other HR Global Process Owners to support HR Programs and lead improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related fields. (desirable)
  • Demonstrable HR experience to include expertise in HR Shared Services or multi-function HR expertise (e.g., WFA, compensation, recruiting, payroll, benefits, learning, etc.)
  • Experience working with enterprise-wide Customer Relationship Management portal and case management systems (Salesforce/Service Now) and Human Capital Management (Workday) technology solutions.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, project management, and process documentation.
