Job Description
Human Resources Generalist responsible for day-to-day administration of HR services. Providing support in employee relations, onboarding, and compliance in a call center environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily transactional support to assigned business units
- Responsible for day-to-day administration of core HR services to employees and managers
- Perform a variety of employment related functions and serve as the site liaison between centers of excellence
- Coordinate and manage Onboarding and Offboarding procedures for assigned business units
- Responsible for Employee data management recording and filing of employee information
- Manage all Leave of Absence requests in accordance with federal, state and company guidelines
- Communicate company's policies and procedures
- Support the site employee performance evaluation administration
- Ensure Site/Regional Compliance with Workers Compensation and State and Federal Law.
- Provide Employee Relations Support to Leads / Supervisors/ Managers
- Effectively communicate Human Resources information to employees
- Support Unemployment insurance compliance and reporting
- Provide applicable reports and HR related administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Previous call center experience is a plus
- Knowledge of leave management (FMLA/ADA etc.)
- Policy adherence
- Employee relations
- Conflict resolution
- Ability to communicate across various levels within the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred or equivalent years of experience required
- Experience supporting non-exempt personnel in a high-volume environment is preferred
- Problem and conflict resolution skills are required
- SHRM-CP/PHR or willingness to obtain certification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
