Job Description

RH Analyst focusing on performance and team engagement by structuring incentive programs for a digital solutions firm. Emphasizing KPIs and process-building for enhancing organizational performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Structure and implement the company's productivity-based reward program
  • Define and monitor KPIs in collaboration with business areas
  • Create eligibility rules and performance evaluation criteria
  • Develop and maintain performance tracking dashboards
  • Support leaders in interpreting and using the metrics
  • Ensure clear and effective communication of the program across the company
  • Monitor results and engagement and propose continuous improvements
  • Act strategically with HR and company leadership.

Requirements:

  • Experience with performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Background in Organizational Development (DHO), Performance, Compensation or related areas
  • Analytical, data-driven profile
  • Experience designing processes and policies
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interface with leadership
  • Differentials
  • Experience with incentive programs or variable compensation
  • Experience with other HR subsystems
  • Knowledge of People Analytics
  • Experience in technology companies.
