Job Description
Key Account Manager responsible for client relationships and Airconomy solutions in Switzerland. Engaging in new business acquisition and strategic development for large clients.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with our national and international clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Airconomy-related inquiries
- Develop and implement strategies and solutions for our major clients
- Acquire new clients and represent the company at trade shows and events
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market analyses and identify strategies and trends in building services and HVAC technology
Requirements:
- Completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in building services engineering with a focus on HVAC, or a completed apprenticeship as a heating/ventilation technician
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in customer support/account management
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD and confident use of MS Office applications
- Confident demeanor, negotiation skills, and friendliness
- Team player, flexible, and willing to travel
