Job Description

Key Account Manager responsible for client relationships and Airconomy solutions in Switzerland. Engaging in new business acquisition and strategic development for large clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with our national and international clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Airconomy-related inquiries
  • Develop and implement strategies and solutions for our major clients
  • Acquire new clients and represent the company at trade shows and events
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market analyses and identify strategies and trends in building services and HVAC technology

Requirements:

  • Completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in building services engineering with a focus on HVAC, or a completed apprenticeship as a heating/ventilation technician
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in customer support/account management
  • Proficiency in AUTOCAD and confident use of MS Office applications
  • Confident demeanor, negotiation skills, and friendliness
  • Team player, flexible, and willing to travel
