Job Description

Key Account Manager managing bid processes for public and private tenders in a regional leading company. Collaborating closely with sales and procurement to optimize results and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze relevant tenders and bids to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Assemble and submit proposal/tender documents on time as part of your responsibilities.
  • Maintain close collaboration with Sales and Procurement to ensure optimal results and effective deadline management.
  • You are responsible for project management across the entire tender process.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify new opportunities early and provide input for further development.

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial/business qualification or equivalent.
  • Several years of experience in tender/bid management and strong knowledge of procurement law (public procurement regulations).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and enjoyment of structured work.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital tools.
  • Fluent German (C1 level).
