Job Description
Strategic Account Manager launching Replimune’s innovative melanoma therapy. Developing oncology account strategies and improving patient access across multidisciplinary treatment centers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority melanoma treatment centers and integrated delivery networks
- Establish trusted partnerships with Medical Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Interventional Radiology, Radiation Oncology, Pharmacy, Nursing, Advanced Practice Providers, Care Coordinators, and Administrative Leadership
- Improve coordination of patient care across multidisciplinary teams to support timely treatment decisions and appropriate patient access
- Map patient treatment pathways and understand referral patterns, diagnostic workflows, and institutional decision-making processes
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, Patient Services, and Field Reimbursement teams
- Address barriers impacting patient identification, treatment adoption, and operational execution
- Support disease state education and appropriate product adoption while maintaining regulatory and company compliance
- Analyze account performance, market dynamics, and competitive activity to refine territory strategy and maximize launch success
- Build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders and influential stakeholders
- Use CRM and business analytics tools to prioritize opportunities and measure execution against key performance indicators
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience, including at least 3 years in oncology account management
- Experience with melanoma, immuno-oncology, or solid tumor therapeutics strongly preferred
- Experience launching oncology products in a specialty or hospital-based environment strongly preferred
- Experience selling to or partnering with Interventional Radiology, Interventional Oncology, or related procedural specialties highly desirable
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex oncology accounts and influencing multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Experience coordinating or supporting patient care across multidisciplinary oncology settings
- Strong understanding of oncology treatment pathways, referral networks, and institutional decision-making
- Exceptional strategic planning, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to influence without authority and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned geography
- Candidates must generally reside within the territory for which they are applying
- Lawful authorization to work in the country for the role is required
