Job Description
Virtual Key Account Manager growing IQVIA’s smoking cessation and nicotine replacement portfolio. Engaging UK healthcare professionals and developing priority NHS accounts remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow key customer accounts through effective virtual engagement
- Build relationships with GPs, Practice Nurses, Community Pharmacists, Smoking Cessation Advisors and Public Health stakeholders
- Deliver compliant product and disease-area education focused on tobacco dependency and smoking cessation
- Identify account opportunities and create tailored business plans to drive growth
- Gather market insights and share customer feedback with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to maximise account performance
- Support healthcare professionals in helping patients successfully quit smoking
- Represent a market-leading smoking cessation and nicotine replacement portfolio
Requirements:
- Proven pharmaceutical sales or Key Account Management experience
- Experience working autonomously in Primary Care or Community Healthcare
- Strong virtual selling and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation and account planning capabilities
- ABPI qualified
- Good understanding of the NHS, local healthcare systems and commissioning environment
- Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent desirable
