Job Description

Marketing Events Account Lead managing planning, budgets, vendors, and logistics for Crowe’s corporate events. Supporting professional services teams with event execution, reporting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned account events
  • Lead planning and execution of market-facing events, leadership meetings, and internal events
  • Develop and manage event project plans covering objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, logistics, technical requirements, and vendor coordination
  • Coordinate event intake, scheduling, and resource allocation with event and business leaders
  • Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with firm policies and processes
  • Identify, source, and manage vendors
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on event execution and issue resolution
  • Facilitate attendee and engagement data handoff to marketing and sales teams for follow-up and reporting
  • Recommend process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Report to the Firmwide Event Leader within the Strategic Growth Office
  • Focus on event operations and production excellence rather than messaging, promotional strategy, or audience targeting

Requirements:

  • Hands-on corporate event planning, logistics, and execution experience
  • Experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple events
  • Experience establishing event objectives and measuring outcomes or ROI
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Process-oriented mindset with ability to analyze trends and recommend improvements
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, event operations, marketing operations, or a related role
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • Ability to travel periodically for event support, training, and team meetings
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Professional services experience preferred
  • Event management, registration, attendee engagement, and related event technologies
  • Knowledge of event industry trends, vendors, and best practices
  • Experience partnering with client service teams and supporting firm standards and processes
  • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States
  • Crowe is not sponsoring work authorization
