Job Description

Key Account Manager improving customer relationships and expanding business in electrical safety services across Germany. Role focuses on solutions, sales strategies, and thorough documentation processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships
  • Development of customized solution concepts for electrical and non-electrical testing services
  • Close coordination with technical and commercial project management to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Preparation of proposals, contract negotiations and contract finalization
  • Identification of market opportunities and trends and communication of findings to management
  • Preparation of documentation of sales activities and sales figures

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial/vocational training or a university degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills, technical affinity and a passion for customer-oriented sales
  • Independent, structured, reliable and service-oriented working style
  • Communicative, creative and flexible team player
  • Ideally, industry knowledge in services and/or electrical engineering and initial experience in Key Account Management
