Job Description
Account Manager operationalizing partner programs for InterPayments’ payments and data intelligence SaaS. Enabling partners through training, GTM execution, and account management.
Responsibilities:
- Execute partner programs defined by Relationship Managers
- Create and deliver training sessions and enablement materials for partner representatives
- Oversee deal registration and lead distribution according to partner agreements
- Coordinate and participate in joint marketing events, webinars, and conferences
- Support conflict resolution between stakeholders
- Track and share data-driven insights on partner health, campaign performance, and enablement ROI
- Define and execute joint go-to-market and product strategies for integrated and referral partners
- Establish mutual success metrics, processes, and timelines with partners
- Coordinate internal and partner-side resources to execute GTM strategy and drive adoption
- Lead strategic alignment across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services
- Clarify rules of engagement and ensure teams can message and deliver the joint value proposition
- Resolve conflicts and guide stakeholders toward resolution
- Surface partner and market feedback to improve products, messaging, and processes
- Manage day-to-day accounts for key partners, drive sales enablement, and execute training and engagement programs
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or channel leadership within payments, fintech, or SaaS
- Strong grasp of partner incentive structures, GTM planning, and long-cycle relationship management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and commercial stakeholders
- Proactive, structured, and decisive with high ownership and follow-through
- Skilled at managing ambiguity, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving toward outcomes
- Confident negotiation skills and ability to design win-win partnerships
- Comfortable engaging with C-level decision-makers and influencing executive stakeholders
- US work authorization; US citizens or green card holders
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; the company does not sponsor visas or employ individuals requiring work authorization outside the U.S.
