Job Description
Account Manager growing restaurant partnerships for inKind, a dining rewards platform. Retaining partners, expanding existing accounts, and coordinating solutions across internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction through retention
- Hold periodic business reviews
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Act as a trusted partner and subject matter expert to restaurant partners
- Understand partner needs and proactively implement solutions that drive value and success
- Liaise between partners and Product, Support, and Engineering teams to resolve issues
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and new product offerings
- Track and update communications in Salesforce in real time
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a client-facing relationship management, operations, or support role, preferably in Hospitality, FinTech, or SaaS
- Strong appetite for innovative technology, fast-changing business environments, and data-driven decision-making
- Analytical skills with market trends, partner performance, and competitor analysis
- Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or other CRM tools
- Passion for the company mission and ability to understand the role’s value to the company, restaurant partners, and customers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with external stakeholders and internal teams
- Adaptive, organized, and natural problem solver
- Hospitality mentality and resilience
- Preferred: experience working in or with restaurants or food-related entities/clients
- Preferred: experience in a start-up environment
