Job Description
L&D Specialist creating training materials for a SaaS company. Collaborating with teams to enhance learning and development strategies while maintaining effective training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality training materials to drive the adoption of new and existing features
- Build online courses, user guides, and recording video tutorials
- Refine and execute L&D strategy centred around life-long learning
- Maintain all aspects of the LMS platform in line with the L&D strategy
- Collaborate with HODs and Team Leads to curate a library of professional development courses
- Utilise feedback and LMS data to track effectiveness of training material
- Oversee assigned initiatives from launch to completion
Requirements:
- A strong foundation in Learning and Development practices
- Experience in designing and delivering learning across a range of methods
- Solid understanding of Learning principles
- Comfortable working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience working with digital content creation and learning management tools
- Experience utilising different learning methodologies and technologies
- Experience and understanding in utilising AI to support the creation, delivery and improvement of learning material
- Ability to work with various functional teams and stakeholders
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset that thrives in managing multiple tasks
