Job Description

L&D Specialist creating training materials for a SaaS company. Collaborating with teams to enhance learning and development strategies while maintaining effective training programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality training materials to drive the adoption of new and existing features
  • Build online courses, user guides, and recording video tutorials
  • Refine and execute L&D strategy centred around life-long learning
  • Maintain all aspects of the LMS platform in line with the L&D strategy
  • Collaborate with HODs and Team Leads to curate a library of professional development courses
  • Utilise feedback and LMS data to track effectiveness of training material
  • Oversee assigned initiatives from launch to completion

Requirements:

  • A strong foundation in Learning and Development practices
  • Experience in designing and delivering learning across a range of methods
  • Solid understanding of Learning principles
  • Comfortable working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience working with digital content creation and learning management tools
  • Experience utilising different learning methodologies and technologies
  • Experience and understanding in utilising AI to support the creation, delivery and improvement of learning material
  • Ability to work with various functional teams and stakeholders
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset that thrives in managing multiple tasks
