Job Description
Lead Product Manager driving product strategy and partner engagements for Arch Systems in Europe. Focus on delivering partner-centric integrations and pricing strategies for channel partners.
Responsibilities:
- Own Arch's partner-facing product strategy, treating partners as a core product user
- Lead product efforts that enable partners to succeed with their customers through clear value, usability, and outcomes
- Define and prioritize deep, high-quality integrations that make Arch feel like a natural extension of partner products
- Own pricing and packaging strategy for partner-delivered offerings, ensuring partners can clearly position and sell Arch
- Maintain a partner-focused product roadmap, balancing bespoke partner needs with scalable platform investments
- Partner closely with Engineering to define clear, prioritized requirements that support partner use cases and integrations
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Hands-on experience working with data platforms, APIs, and large-scale analytics systems
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex software products from strategy through execution and go-to-market
- Experience incorporating structured customer feedback into product roadmaps
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and lead through change.
