Job Description
Lead Product Marketing Manager at DIRECTV, focusing on growth strategies in dynamic media landscape. Owns strategy cycle, data analysis, and market insights to drive revenue impact.
Responsibilities:
- Help define how we grow in an increasingly dynamic media and entertainment landscape.
- Own the full strategy cycle—from understanding consumers, competitors, and market forces.
- Build rigorous, insight-led business cases.
- Develop clear, structured strategic plans.
- Conduct deep consumer, competitive, and market analyses.
Requirements:
- MBA preferred but not required.
- Consulting background (strategy, management, or growth) combined with operating experience is highly valued.
- 3 – 5 years of professional experience.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and numerical acumen.
- Experience applying market analysis, financial modeling, and insight development to shape strategy in subscription-based or membership-driven businesses.
- Familiarity with the TV/media entertainment, telco, or broader media landscape strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- May require a background check due to job duties requiring routine access to DIRECTV and DIRECTV customer’s proprietary data.
