Job Description
Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment as a Learning Experience Leader at TaskUs. Develop and expand training programs aligned with product-specific training methodologies and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training
- Set the standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character
- Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements as identified by enterprise needs
- Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training
- Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities
- Amend and revise programs as necessary for changes occurring in the work environment
- Act as the content expert, maintain relevant training documents and materials
- deliver effective induction programs
- Monitor and review trainees’ progress through questionnaires and discussions with their managers
- Ensure statutory training requirements are met, understand e-learning techniques
- Research and present new technologies and methodologies
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Candidates must be based in Spain, preferably in Madrid
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
- Can present and facilitate a class discussion
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Four-year college degree (preferred) in a related field like industrial or applied sciences
- A problem solver and critical thinker
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative
- Strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Can work in a flexible schedule
- Up to 25% travel required
