Job Description
Clinical Case Manager in Behavioral Health providing remote support for members' health needs. Utilizing advanced clinical judgment for assessments and crisis interventions in a work-at-home role.
Responsibilities:
- Use advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking to support members’ physical and behavioral health needs
- Conduct in-depth evaluations using clinical tools and plan benefits
- Develop strategies to reduce risk factors and manage complex clinical indicators
- Perform crisis interventions, ensuring members are connected to appropriate treatment and receive timely follow-up
Requirements:
- Master's Degree and Independently Licensed in Behavioral Health
- 3 years of post-master’s direct clinical experience in hospitals, ambulatory care, or outpatient facilities
- 3 years of experience with mental health and substance use disorders
- Ability to type and talk simultaneously for at least 3 years
- 3 years of experience using Motivational Interviewing
- Strong technological skills
- An active, unrestricted independent behavioral health license (e.g., LCSW, LISW, LMSW, LCPC, LP, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent) based on state regulations
