Job Description

Sales Account Manager in long-term care, establishing access and demand in healthcare settings. Develop strategic relationships and implement sales strategies in assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish access and generate demand in targeted LTC settings
  • Identify and develop strategic business relationships with key decision makers
  • Execute and track a high level of call and field productivity
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Manage and grow existing accounts within the long-term care sector
  • Collaborate with reimbursement and market access team to address patient access issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS)
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Experience selling in long-term care is required
  • Experience calling on SNFs, ALFs, LTC pharmacies, or consultant pharmacist networks
  • Experience selling in a complex reimbursement and access environment
  • Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and calendar-based call planning tools
