Job Description
Sales Account Manager in long-term care, establishing access and demand in healthcare settings. Develop strategic relationships and implement sales strategies in assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Establish access and generate demand in targeted LTC settings
- Identify and develop strategic business relationships with key decision makers
- Execute and track a high level of call and field productivity
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage and grow existing accounts within the long-term care sector
- Collaborate with reimbursement and market access team to address patient access issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS)
- Minimum of seven (7) years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Experience selling in long-term care is required
- Experience calling on SNFs, ALFs, LTC pharmacies, or consultant pharmacist networks
- Experience selling in a complex reimbursement and access environment
- Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and calendar-based call planning tools
