Job Description

Major Account Executive driving strategic sales for Riverbed's observability platform in Federal Civilian Agencies. Building and managing relationships within agencies to maximize sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Maximize high-value sales into Federal Civilian Agencies
  • Cross- and up-selling, closing new business
  • Position oneself as a thought leader
  • Lead a complex sales cycle
  • Communicate and demonstrate the value of the Riverbed Platform
  • Implement and execute an effective account management strategy

Requirements:

  • Track record of success selling high-end enterprise platform in the Federal marketplace
  • Multiple years’ experience selling Federal Civilian Accounts
  • Experience selling to the C-suite
  • Demonstrated ability closing large, complex deals
  • Strong knowledge of the Partner ecosystem
