Job Description

Corporate accounts manager growing ICU Medical’s US non-acute medical device business. Leading strategic sales, contracting, pricing, and executive customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, lead, and grow long-term collaborative business alliances and relationships with the largest and most strategic US non-acute assigned accounts
  • Lead selling efforts for assigned strategic accounts, including driving sales growth through clinical and financial value propositions
  • Develop, implement, and monitor enterprise contracting solutions
  • Drive business growth strategies and conduct quarterly business reviews
  • Support and guide executive-level decision-making processes
  • Advise customers on solution options based on their needs
  • Collaborate with ICU Medical senior leadership and align strategic account needs, market trends, and desired outcomes
  • Orchestrate internal teams while serving as the main point of contact for the customer’s buying team
  • Participate in post-sale account relationship and activity with the Alternate Site Account Manager
  • Make pricing strategy decisions using data analytics and competitive marketing strategies
  • Maintain contract and pricing integrity across assigned strategic accounts
  • Document and maintain accurate and timely strategic account plans
  • Apply market, competitive, and industry trends to account strategy
  • Negotiate, influence, and communicate RFPs and RFIs
  • Administer contract documents, membership lists, extensions, amendments, special programs, and communications
  • Track executed agreements and evaluate sales growth against pricing concessions
  • Develop customer-centric contracting strategies to maximize share of customer wallet
  • Drive profitable revenue through project management of targeted speed-to-impact initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders and exceed annual sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical device industry; preferably Sales
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong business acumen and data analytics proficiency
  • Demonstrated team and influence leadership
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills for contract negotiations with high-level internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Able to multitask, work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and comply with the Authorized Driver Policy to drive on behalf of the company
  • Must be able to travel typically 50%–60% of the time
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
