Job Description

Manager, Digital Sales leading strategies for sustained revenue growth at a B2B software company in Spain. Collaborating with teams to enhance market presence and drive sales success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for revenue growth
  • Provide leadership to sales teams and enhance company's market position
  • Identify new market segments and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Partner with Marketing for continuous updates on marketing plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or significant related experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in Sales related functions with a B2B software company or SAAS preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in various formats
  • Experience in enterprise direct software sales
  • Proven track record for meeting/exceeding sales objectives
