Job Description
Manager, Digital Sales leading strategies for sustained revenue growth at a B2B software company in Spain. Collaborating with teams to enhance market presence and drive sales success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for revenue growth
- Provide leadership to sales teams and enhance company's market position
- Identify new market segments and maintain relationships with key customers
- Partner with Marketing for continuous updates on marketing plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or significant related experience
- Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in Sales related functions with a B2B software company or SAAS preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in various formats
- Experience in enterprise direct software sales
- Proven track record for meeting/exceeding sales objectives
