Job Description

Integrated ABM Manager driving personalized campaigns and pipeline growth for TP’s technology, CMT, and travel business services. Leading account strategy, demand generation, events, and measurement.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary integrated ABM marketing lead for the Technology, CMT, and Travel & Hospitality verticals
  • Develop and execute personalized 1:1 campaigns and scalable 1:Few and 1:Many ABM programs
  • Partner with Sales and industry leaders to prioritize target accounts based on revenue potential, propensity to buy, relationships, whitespace, intent, engagement, and strategic fit
  • Develop account strategies for new-logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
  • Refine account segmentation, persona strategies, buying committee maps, and engagement plans
  • Translate industry trends and account-specific priorities into marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Connect TP capabilities across CXM, data services, trust and safety, sales outsourcing, technology consulting, and digitally enabled business services to account challenges
  • Partner with Industry and Solution Marketing on vertical-specific plays, messaging, content, and campaigns
  • Position TP as a strategic partner across CX, AI, data, technology, and business transformation
  • Own integrated marketing strategy end to end, including account selection, segmentation, intelligence, messaging, campaigns, content, digital demand generation, events, budget management, measurement, and optimization
  • Identify whitespace opportunities, leverage intent and engagement signals, and accelerate opportunities through the buyer journey
  • Support event execution and client/partner engagement through approximately 15–20% travel

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in B2B marketing for BPO, professional services, IT services, or SaaS
  • 3+ years in ABM roles marketing to senior decision makers within the cable, media, telecom, technology, and travel verticals
  • Fluency with buyer personas in customer experience, data and analytics, AI/ML, finance and accounting, and trust and safety
  • Expertise with Marketo, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Salesforce
  • Proven ownership of end-to-end integrated marketing strategy, including account selection, persona messaging and content, channel plan, budget, execution, and pipeline attribution
  • Hands-on digital marketing expertise in paid media, programmatic/account-based advertising, email, webinars, and content syndication
  • Proven event marketing ownership, including tradeshow strategy, booth experience, executive roundtables, and post-event pipeline conversion
  • Ability to deliver high-ROI campaigns in a fast-paced environment
