Job Description
KM Lead managing Knowledge Management strategy and stakeholder collaboration at Jabil. Enhancing business outcomes through optimized Knowledge platforms and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute Knowledge Management strategy, governance, and processes
- Build and maintain enterprise knowledge portals and CMS platforms
- Lead content structuring, taxonomy, metadata, and information architecture
- Drive a culture of knowledge creation, sharing, and collaboration across business units
- Partner with global stakeholders and leadership teams to deliver KM solutions
Requirements:
- Experience with Knowledge Management
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- KM tools like SharePoint, CMS, Web analytics, and Power Apps/Automate
