Job Description

Manager/MSL providing medical expertise and strategic leadership for Acute and Chronic Therapies. Engage with healthcare professionals and develop educational programs for renal replacement therapies.

Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with healthcare providers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and regulators to build scientific support for our therapies
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive Medical Affairs clinical and education strategy
  • Design and implement a fellowship education program, including delivery of scientific presentations
  • Collaborate with medical experts and other stakeholders to create high-quality educational content
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and within medical affairs
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure all education activities comply with industry regulations code of conduct and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare field, Master’s degree preferred (RN, NP, APRN, PA)
  • Former experience in industry/MA team preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Renal Replacement Therapies (CKD, PD, HD, AKI, and CRRT)
  • Strong management skills, decisiveness, and resourcefulness
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to provide education on complex scientific/clinical issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, public speaking and teaching skills, and strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time (US territory map).
