Job Description

Senior Revenue Operations Manager leading Taivo’s B2B SaaS RevOps engine for branded-merchandise businesses. Managing Deal Desk, territories, commissions, GTM processes, and post-merger system consolidation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 3 RevOps Specialists/Analysts
  • Manage workload allocation and drive career development
  • Oversee day-to-day Deal Desk operations for the sales motion
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Sales leadership on non-standard deal approvals, discounting, and contract terms
  • Design, deploy, and enforce a structured RevOps project intake, ticketing, and prioritization framework
  • Manage cross-functional GTM requests with clear SLAs
  • Author, maintain, and enforce operational documentation, including SOPs, tech workflows, system architecture maps, and playbooks
  • Establish BAU consistency across merged platforms
  • Manage the end-to-end account assignment lifecycle and territory rules of engagement
  • Manage quota and commission calculations in partnership with Finance
  • Serve as an operational expert for the consolidated tech stack
  • Ensure high data hygiene, workflow integration, and tool adoption
  • Report directly to the VP of Revenue Operations & Data

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience with a track record of coaching and developing operations team members
  • Hands-on experience running a Deal Desk
  • Experience managing account/territory assignment rules
  • Experience administering variable compensation/commission structures
  • Deep technical and operational proficiency with Salesforce
  • Direct experience with core GTM tech stack tools, or similar tools to HubSpot, Gong, and Chili Piper
  • Proven track record of designing operational frameworks from scratch, including intake and prioritization systems
  • Experience writing comprehensive process documentation
  • Experience operating in post-merger or post-acquisition environments, specifically around system consolidation, change management, and BAU transition
  • Experience with incentive compensation management platforms such as QuotaPath, CaptivateIQ, or Spiff
  • Must be physically located in one of the listed eligible U.S. states
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
