Job Description

Senior Director leading ChowNow’s revenue operations for restaurant technology. Architecting Salesforce-led GTM systems, reducing technical debt, and aligning Sales, CS, and Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Immerse in Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success operations to identify blockers, workarounds, and process friction
  • Diagnose problems and define workflows, process redesigns, and system solutions
  • Manage and develop the Sales & CS Business Partner and Marketing & Partner Ops Manager
  • Architect the GTM systems stack across Salesforce, HubSpot, PlanHat, Gong, PartnerStack, LeanData, Bookit, and adjacent tools
  • Lead the reduction of technical debt, legacy customizations, redundant automations, and fragile integrations
  • Establish technical standards and review processes for scalable system changes
  • Manage the Biz Systems team and prioritize its roadmap
  • Connect GTM strategy and analytics with Sales/CS and Marketing/Partner execution
  • Own territory and compensation planning infrastructure, forecasting rigor, and cross-functional GTM process alignment
  • Advise the CEO on process and systems risks, opportunities, sequencing, and tradeoffs
  • Report directly to the CEO and lead a team of 5–7 direct reports

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Revenue Operations experience in a SaaS environment
  • Meaningful hands-on systems/technical experience, not purely reporting or analytics
  • 5+ years managing teams across RevOps, MarOps, and Business Systems
  • Deep practical fluency in Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Experience with PlanHat, Gong, PartnerStack, and LeanData is a strong plus
  • Direct experience untangling legacy systems, customizations, or technical debt
  • Ability to trace proposed fixes across interconnected systems
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical solutions and execute them
  • Ability to advise leadership strategically while reviewing workflows and automations hands-on
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership
  • Experience managing compensation, territory, or forecasting infrastructure
  • Must be based in the United States
