Job Description
Technical Team Manager at TransUnion overseeing software quality assurance processes and managing technical teams. Focused on Agile practices, performance evaluation, and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support technical teams
- Facilitate training with product experts
- Ensure successful software integration with regional partner teams
- Create performance goals in line with established strategic direction and conduct performance reviews
- Lead quality assurance testing and analysis of software applications for full Lifecycle
- Manage multiple projects, process improvements and document issues resulting from software testing
- Provide subject matter expertise in areas such as Agile, SAFe, software development lifecycle, and business analysis
- Facilitate technical training to ensure teams follow established software development practices
- Communicate software development and testing status with upper management, as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any Engineering field or a related field
- 3 years of experience in software quality assurance required
- Project management, process improvement and full Software Development Lifecycle and quality assurance experience with architectural patterns
- Agile/SAFe/Scrum methodologies; Specflow, Splunk, Jenkins (CI/CD), Octopus, SQL Server, Rally, .Net, C#, Ab Initio, Putty, FileZilla, WINSCP, Toad for Oracle
