Job Description
Managing Consultant driving IT service management projects and IT strategy alignment. Collaborating with clients at C-level and leading transformation projects in IT Service Management.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients at management and C-level
- Identify interdependencies between IT and the business
- Actively contribute to the strategic alignment of IT
- Lead IT sourcing and transformation projects
- Design effective service delivery
- Enhance the business value of IT
- Support the introduction and continuous development of IT services
- Provide technical leadership to consultants and support their professional development
Requirements:
- University degree
- Minimum of five years' relevant project and consulting experience in IT Service Management
- Solid understanding of ITIL and other relevant frameworks
- Experience in managing complex IT organizations
- Strong strategic thinking
- Ability to analyze complex interdependencies
- Strong sense of ownership
- Structured and methodical approach to work
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (business-fluent German)
