Job Description
Performance Ads Manager driving paid social campaigns and open-day bookings for Huzzle’s global marketing clients. Optimizing funnels, creative, landing pages, and attribution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale paid social campaigns to ensure client open days are consistently at full capacity
- Maintain and optimize CPL (Cost Per Lead) within agreed-upon target ranges
- Monitor and improve the Lead-to-Booking rate through constant funnel analysis
- Conduct ongoing competitive research to ensure clients remain leaders in their local markets
- Develop and test new creative concepts in collaboration with content creators
- Continuously evolve and A/B test landing pages to maximize conversion performance
- Provide detailed monthly reporting documenting meaningful optimizations and strategic shifts
- Utilize Anytrack for server-side tracking to ensure data accuracy and attribution
Requirements:
- A high level of professional ownership, clear communication, and accountability to learn from mistakes and pivot quickly
- Proven experience developing creative strategies and directing content creators to produce high-performing assets
- Solid understanding of the agency ecosystem and ability to thrive within a small, collaborative team
- Deep technical knowledge of paid media platforms and track record of hitting specific conversion targets
- Ability to work standard UK business hours
- Broader understanding of digital marketing to support a small, agile team across various functions
- Proficiency with GoHighLevel (CRM) and Basecamp (Project Management)
- Experience implementing AI tools intelligently and building automations to increase efficiency
