Job Description
Marketing Automation Specialist building customer journeys, email, and omnichannel campaigns for Viseven, a global Pharma and Life Sciences MarTech provider. Supporting integrations, testing, monitoring, and campaign reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Work within marketing automation platforms
- Design and construct Customer Journeys in Marketing Automation tools
- Create segments in the Marketing Automation platform based on given criteria
- Build and execute email campaigns to ensure the best outcomes
- Create and execute omnichannel campaigns using SMS, messengers, and other channels
- Add personalization and testing to ready-made content assets
- Work with webinar platforms, chatbots, web analytics, and other digital marketing tools
- Collaborate with the Campaign Manager to streamline workflow
- Provide consultations on technical questions about digital channels and campaigns
- Participate in creating an integrated IT omnichannel ecosystem for clients
- Monitor marketing campaigns to detect bugs and errors promptly
- Prepare initial reports on campaign results using raw data
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Knowledge of email marketing
- Experience with at least one ESP (Mailchimp, GetResponse, SendPulse, eSputnik, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Experience with other communication channels is a plus
- Basic knowledge of HTML and Excel
- Basic knowledge of SQL (Select) is a plus
- General understanding of digital marketing tools and services integration (API, databases)
- Systems thinking and willingness to dive into technical details
- Proactive life position and desire to constantly learn and develop
- Team player who can create and maintain a collaborative and inspiring work environment
- Upper-Intermediate English (speaking and writing)
