Job Description
Senior Marketing Operations Specialist optimizing HubSpot email automation, CRM data, and analytics. Supporting JoVE’s global scientific research and education video solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Build, test, deploy, and optimize email campaigns and automated nurture workflows in HubSpot.
- Build, review, and validate segmentation lists in HubSpot to ensure campaigns reach the correct target audiences.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) to ensure campaigns are error-free and delivered successfully.
- Monitor email deliverability and campaign performance, recommending optimizations to improve engagement and conversions.
- Support A/B testing and continuous campaign optimization.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and RevOps to improve lead management and data integrity.
- Track marketing KPIs, campaign performance, lead generation, funnel conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Analyze marketing performance and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and support strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through data-driven recommendations.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Email Marketing, or Marketing Analytics.
- Demonstrated success implementing marketing campaigns and automation workflows in HubSpot that delivered measurable improvements in efficiency or campaign performance.
- Proficiency in building and validating segmentation lists in HubSpot.
- Demonstrated experience building dashboards and reporting that support business decisions.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing marketing databases, segmentation, and data hygiene.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-driven, results oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
