Job Description

Marketing Coordinator maintaining marketing efforts and supporting conferences, events, and client materials for a 100% employee-owned engineering company.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative aspects of marketing-related conferences, events, and sponsorships
  • Track sponsorship benefits and support internal teams in fully utilizing available opportunities
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and logistics across assigned marketing activities to ensure deadlines are met
  • Support organization, accuracy, and consistency across marketing systems and data (e.g., CRM, file management tools)
  • Assist with digital asset management (DAM), including file organization, tagging, and ongoing maintenance
  • Support employee resume setups and updates using established templates and tools
  • Assist with formatting, quality control, and brand consistency across marketing materials
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support development of marketing content using established templates and processes
  • Assist with award submittals and project-related content coordination
  • Utilize AI powered tools to support content development and improve efficiency
  • Provide general coordination and support across marketing initiatives as needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience supporting projects, events, or administrative workflows in a professional environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and follow established processes
  • Comfort working across multiple systems and tools (e.g., CRM platforms, Teams, file management tools)
  • Interest in AI-powered marketing tools and emerging technologies
  • Ability to build strong relationships across remote teams
