Job Description
Marketing Operations Analyst analyzing marketing performance and data quality for Bullhorn’s cloud staffing and recruitment software. Building reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for global marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Track and analyse performance across global marketing functions
- Improve the quality and cleanliness of internal data
- Work cross-functionally, particularly with Demand Generation, to improve processes
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and marketing performance reports
- Maintain recurring dashboards and reports in Marketing's single source of truth reporting
- Ensure reporting documentation is clear and accessible
- Perform data-quality checks across data sources
- Build Salesforce CRM reports to answer ad hoc product- or campaign-level performance questions
- Leverage CRM, BI, attribution tools and AI to analyse complex data and configure dashboards for departments and stakeholders
- Analyse program results against KPIs to identify trends and ensure programs are measured correctly
- Deliver actionable insights on marketing performance to the Demand Generation team
- Independently handle incoming data requests and escalate complex projects
- Report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations
Requirements:
- Strong Excel skills, including building formulas and navigating spreadsheets
- Genuine interest in reporting and data rather than campaign execution or creative marketing
- Eagerness to use AI tools for analysis
- Ability to quickly learn new systems
- Ability to solve complex problems with moving targets
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Marketo, Tableau or similar tools is a plus
