Job Description
Marketing Operations Virtual Assistant supporting Salesforce and various automation tools. Responsible for maintaining data integrity and coordinating marketing execution in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the day-to-day health of Salesforce, Zapier, WordPress, reporting systems, and internal AI tools
- Troubleshoot Tier 1–2 system and workflow issues
- Monitor data accuracy, lead attribution, and reporting integrity
- Support website updates and automation workflows
- Manage inbox/calendar triage and coordinate vendor follow-ups
- Track open items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM operations, or systems support
- Hands-on Salesforce experience (required)
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier preferred)
- WordPress support experience
- Strong attention to detail and workflow management skills
- Calm, structured, and technically curious mindset
- Strong written English communication skills
