Job Description
Marketing Operations intern supporting Acxiom’s digital campaigns, CRM, automation, and reporting. Gaining hands-on experience in campaign operations and marketing technology.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations team members to support execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Legal, Privacy, Security, and IT on marketing projects and operational processes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to campaign performance, process improvement, and best-practice discussions
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing deliverables are completed accurately and on time
- Support setup, execution, and management of digital marketing campaigns in CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Assist with list uploads, data quality reviews, and data integrity maintenance
- Help develop and update email campaigns, landing pages, and website content
- Support marketing automation and lead nurturing initiatives
- Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
- Contribute to marketing business process improvement and documentation of operational best practices
- Assist with marketing program analysis and ROI reporting
- Gain hands-on exposure to marketing technologies, campaign operations, and digital marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital marketing, marketing operations, and marketing technology platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Analytical mindset with a desire to learn how data supports marketing decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships across functions
- Eagerness to learn new systems, processes, and marketing technologies
- U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship for employment authorization with Acxiom
