Job Description

Lead Marketing Operations integrating technology-driven systems for a tech-driven company. Responsible for optimizing marketing technology and cross-functional collaboration to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, integrate, and optimize marketing technology systems (CRM, automation, analytics).
  • Build scalable workflows and connections between marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Identify and implement process automation opportunities.
  • Develop real-time performance dashboards (Power BI or similar).
  • Translate analytics into actionable insights for leadership and marketing strategy.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Product to align data and process flows.
  • Create training materials and operational guides to enhance system adoption.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, or RevOps within a tech-driven company.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and analytics tools (Power BI, SQL/MySQL).
  • Experience developing automation scripts, bots, or process integrations.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and marketing performance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
