Job Description

Marketing Operations Manager for B2B SaaS, managing marketing technology stack and analyzing performance metrics. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and accountability in marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the marketing technology stack, including automation, CRM integrations, attribution, and reporting systems.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting that track funnel performance, conversion rates, spend efficiency, and ROI across programs and channels.
  • Partner with Demand, Digital, Product Marketing, and Business Development to ensure clean handoffs, consistent definitions, and shared performance metrics.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and spend-to-plan tracking, ensuring accountability and capital efficiency.
  • Operationalize campaign execution, including timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Support experimentation and optimization by enabling A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Work closely with RevOps to align data models, lifecycle stages, and attribution logic.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or growth operations within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Understanding of modern GTM motions, including PLG, SLG, and hybrid models
  • Experience building processes and systems in high-growth, evolving environments
