Job Description
Marketing Operations Project Specialist III at NBDF planning and managing marketing initiatives. Coordinating project execution and supporting revenue initiatives with a focus on bleeding disorders community.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and oversee marketing, advertising, and partnership-related projects from initiation through completion
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and task lists to support execution across multiple initiatives
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and communicate updates or proposed solutions
- Ensure advertising and sponsored media commitments are executed accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Support performance reporting and documentation for media initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, communications, or marketing operations role with a strong emphasis on project coordination or project management
- Working knowledge of project management tools and systems (such as Monday.com, Hive, or similar platforms)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience navigating digital advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar)
- Familiarity with web and email publishing tools, as well as basic graphic design or video editing tools
- Demonstrated experience in communicating clearly and effectively in a fully remote work environment
- Experience supporting revenue-generating marketing or advertising initiatives is a plus
