Job Description

Marketing operations specialist executing Marketo and Salesforce campaigns for AlertMedia’s risk intelligence SaaS platform. Improving email, webinar, CRM, automation, attribution, and reporting workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, QA, deploy, and optimize end-to-end email campaigns in Marketo, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, deliverability checks, and scheduling
  • Own the email process through QA and delivery while collaborating with content, creative, events, lifecycle, customer marketing, product marketing, and demand generation teams
  • Build and maintain campaign infrastructure, workflows, templates, and smart campaigns
  • Create, maintain, and audit sales email sequences in Outreach
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and approvals as project manager for email campaigns
  • Manage operational tasks across Marketo and Salesforce, including list management, lead routing, forms, workflows, and data hygiene
  • Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies between Marketo and form submission data with web and development teams
  • Audit and optimize data flow between Marketo programs and Salesforce campaigns
  • Coordinate webinar and event logistics, registration, reminders, follow-up sequences, platform configuration, and lead handoff
  • Build and maintain standardized Marketo programs for webinars, events, and conferences
  • Set up and QA Salesforce campaigns, registration emails, calendar invites, and event communications
  • Maintain attribution tagging, reporting, and program success flags
  • Report on campaign performance, surface insights and anomalies, and communicate deliverability and list-quality issues
  • Use insights to inform A/B testing and continuous optimization with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager
  • Build repeatable campaign processes and documentation
  • Own execution of global campaigns across email, paid search, webinars, events, and account-based marketing
  • Coordinate email localization with EMEA reviewers
  • Pilot AI-aware workflow automation and partner with GTM Engineering to replace manual steps
  • Support Clay enrichment workflows and monitor GDPR, opt-in, unsubscribe, and database hygiene compliance

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, demand generation, or email marketing, ideally at a B2B technology company
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo required
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or other CRM platforms for building emails, forms, lists, workflows, smart campaigns, and dynamic content
  • Strong attention to detail and QA mindset
  • Experience with audience segmentation, list hygiene, and email deliverability at scale
  • Solid organizational and project-management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product marketing, and event teams
  • Reporting and analytics literacy, including translating campaign metrics into actionable summaries
  • Ability to own recurring operational work independently
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Exceptional English communication skills, oral and written
  • Must have existing authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Nice to have: familiarity with Clay and analytics tools
  • Nice to have: HTML/CSS skills for email troubleshooting
  • Nice to have: experience supporting a high-volume marketing team
  • Nice to have: familiarity with GDPR and email compliance requirements
  • Nice to have: experience with LLMs and AI-enabled operational workflows
