Job Description
Operations Manager overseeing pricing operations, financial metrics, and process improvements. Supporting Mercuryo’s Web3 and payments platform serving millions of users and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation of related IT systems and automation
- Oversee product metrics daily and adjust admin settings accordingly
- Assist the team and partners with special cases and lead root-cause investigations
- Handle technology-related pricing management issues, including consulting with technology teams
- Analyze and lead improvements to pricing-management business processes
- Assess the impact of pricing management on channel revenue
- Test and assess new pricing-management hypotheses
- Conduct competitive analysis related to pricing
- Monitor and maintain financial metrics within targets and boundaries, including costs, margin, and profit
- Keep related product documentation and reporting complete and up to date
- Assist in preparing disaster recovery and business continuity plans, policies, and procedures
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Tech or related field
- 3+ years’ experience working in Analytics, Operations management, Project management or related role in consulting / audit / fintech / product / science field
- Knowledge of financial analysis and basic metrics
- Experience working with database engines/dashboards, including basic SQL knowledge
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, with superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving attitude
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Proactive mindset
- Confident spoken and written English and Russian
- Experience working in a transactional business such as payments processing would be an advantage
