Job Description
Global Pricing Specialist optimizing ARPU, experiments, and market rollouts for Docplanner’s global healthcare platform. Driving data-backed pricing decisions across sales, commercial, and global teams.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, improve, and roll out listing-based pricing across markets
- Secure local and global team alignment and roll out pricing to new countries with clear targets and weekly cadence
- Shape the pricing model’s evolution for the following year
- Own the segment’s ARPU target
- Execute pricing moves involving discount discipline, package mix shifts, and market-specific price resets
- Investigate pricing anomalies and identify marketplace pricing opportunities
- Own pricing recommendations to GTM leadership and translate decisions into rollout plans
- Drive alignment across sales, local commercial, and global teams on pricing decisions without formal authority
- Generate data-driven optimization hypotheses
- Design and run behavioral experiments to validate pricing moves before scaling
- Update and follow up on budget assumptions based on market learning
- Maintain country price lists in internal systems
Requirements:
- 5+ years in pricing, ideally SaaS or marketplace
- Direct experience working with GTM or sales leaders on pricing decisions
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to support conclusions with numbers
- Comfort with ambiguity and knowing when to stop analyzing and start testing
- Ability to explain complex numbers simply
- SQL proficiency sufficient to pull your own data; SQL is mandatory for success in the role
- Strong Google Sheets skills
- Professional English, comfortable in meetings and writing (B2 or above)
- Degree in economics, math, business, or similar
- Must already have the legal right to work in the country of residence or location of the role
