Job Description
Responsable Airbnb indépendant gérant et optimisant des locations courte durée pour ALB Conciergerie. Développement d’un portefeuille de propriétaires et coordination des séjours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Create, publish, and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
- Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue
- Manage bookings and guest relations
- Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
- Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties
- Manage operations through the ALB platform
- Optionally recruit City Managers under a referral arrangement and earn commissions on their activity
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Background in real estate, sales, or another industry
- Motivation and ability to work independently
- Desire to build a recurring, long-term income
- Self-employed status
