Job Description
Outreach Relationship Manager building relationships with clinical partners to enhance mental health access. Join a rapidly growing team addressing behavioral health solutions remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Own, manage, and expand relationships with existing referral sources across priority markets to continue to drive growth
- Monitor inbound referrals and communicate with relevant parties to provide visibility into the referral to admission process
- Maintain constant dialogue with referral sources when clients are referred to keep them updated throughout the referral process
- Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships
- Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels
- Attend and lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call
- Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies
- Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goal
Requirements:
- Must be based in the Pacific Time Zone (US)
- Must be fluent in English
- You have 2+ years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving KPI’s
- Polished interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Prior experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
