Job Description
P2P Growth Operations Manager growing Binance’s blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem across CIS. Driving sales, partnerships, dispute resolution, transaction monitoring, marketing campaigns, and market research.
Responsibilities:
- Boost sales and contribute to long term business growth by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients/agents/partners
- Handle disputes on the P2P platform between trading parties and assist clients with troubleshooting
- Uncover customers' unique needs and challenges
- Perform document checks according to standard procedures
- Monitor transactions, investigate and report suspicious activity
- Read, prioritize, and respond to customer queries
- Create, manage, implement, and refine marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis
- Direct ongoing market research to foster product and market growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and above
- Possess 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing and/or business development roles in finance or e-commerce industry
- Knowledge in Blockchain/ Cryptocurrency industry
- Exceptional written communication skill and a good listener
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and control time effectively
- Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments
