Job Description
Senior process manager scaling Capital One Shopping operations, controls, and risk management. Driving process enhancements and international expansion through cross-functional partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Influence, manage, and own process management activities for Shopping, including PLA/PRA assessments, process and control creation and validation, and audit activities
- Lead Shopping’s adherence to email governance, sanctions processes, external data sharing, and script governance
- Lead risk assessments, solve problems to remediate issues, create efficiencies, and reduce risk
- Document risks, results, and issues and work with internal partners on remediation plans
- Partner with Shopping team leads and enterprise partners to ensure clear communication of project requirements
- Serve as point of contact for risk and audit partners
- Provide subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and meetings
- Advise on risk, process, and data management requirements for new initiatives and Enterprise requests
- Apply inquiry and analysis to make recommendations and decisions
- Question the obvious, explore options, and develop alternatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Process management
- At least 2 years of experience in Project management
- At least 2 years of experience in Relationship management

- Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications, Computer Science or Information Systems
- Preferred: At least 5 years of experience in Process management
- Preferred: At least 5 years of experience in Project management
- Preferred: At least 5 years of experience in Relationship management
