Job Description

Paid Media Specialist managing digital advertising campaigns for Family Law Firms. Collaborating with teams to ensure performance aligns with established KPIs and client goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute Rocket Clicks’ industry-specific playbooks and First Principles methodology.
  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic ad platforms.
  • Proactively optimize campaign performance through data analysis, bid adjustments, audience segmentation, and creative testing.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and delivery settings.
  • Collaborate with your Paid Media Manager to translate client goals into actionable campaign tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated success optimizing campaigns to achieve or exceed key performance metrics such as CPL, ROAS, or cost-per-lead efficiency.
  • Proven ability to manage $20,000+ in monthly ad spend across multiple clients or brands.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining campaigns within Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking and analytics, including setup, QA, and troubleshooting via tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Experience interpreting data and creating actionable performance reports.
