Job Description
Paid Social Lead responsible for social media strategy and execution at Odd Bunch. Leading paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest to drive growth while utilizing AI tools.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Funnel Ownership: Lead the strategy, daily management, and scaling of Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- AI Integration: Implement and manage AI-driven workflows for creative iteration, copy generation, and predictive performance modelling to increase speed-to-market for new ads.
- Creative Strategy: Partner with the brand and content teams to develop snackable and purpose-driven ad creative.
- Budget & Pacing: Manage a 7-figure annual spend, ensuring efficient allocation across regions and provinces to meet weekly net-growth targets.
- Measurement & Attribution: Utilize attribution tools to track blended ROAS and make data-driven decisions based on TRUE cohort retention data.
- Collaborative Alignment: Stay current with social and paid media trends and communicate these developments to leadership to ensure strategic alignment across all channels.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years Experience: Proven track record in performance marketing, specifically managing high-volume spend for scaling DTC companies.
- AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into the marketing workflow (e.g., using AI for creative testing, sentiment analysis, or automated reporting).
- Platform Mastery: In-depth expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Data-Obsessed: You understand the relationship between CAC, LTV, and churn, and can translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Google Analytics, Pixel management, and developing testing structures based on performance.
- Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
