Job Description

Paid Social Team Manager managing a team and designing strategies for client campaigns at digital marketing firm. Ensuring efficiency and accuracy in campaign execution and client reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee sophisticated, multi-platform strategies that guide users from discovery on Pinterest to conversion on Meta
  • Directly manage and professionalize a team of Paid Social Specialists
  • Standardize the agency’s "trafficking" workflow to ensure 100% accuracy and efficiency in campaign setup across all accounts
  • Audit account setups and reporting structures to ensure the highest level of execution across the department
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, translating technical metrics into business outcomes
  • Oversee the creation of monthly and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years in Paid Social (Agency experience is mandatory)
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience , with a proven track record of developing junior talent
  • 2-3 years of client facing reporting experience
  • Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads Manager
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
