Job Description

Channel & Territory Sales Manager at Rockwell Automation, developing sales strategies in the engineering market. Focused on growing business relationships with assigned distributors in Mexico.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to grow business at assigned accounts
  • Exceed annual sales goals and grow customer share
  • Establish and maintain relationships with assigned accounts and distributors
  • Create business strategies and plans to grow overall sales and market share
  • Coordinate activities and resource use with others in the sales organization
  • Implement and measure all Allen-Bradley channel commercial programs
  • Manage the development of assigned distributors and their performance
  • Analyze account requirements and develop an account reach plan with the distributor
  • Resolve channel issues and measure distributor performance
  • Implement new product launches and promotional programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management
  • Experience in channel management or related sales roles within the engineering sector in the Mexico market
  • Ability to balance short-term sales goals with long-term goals
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • Proficient in English
  • Willingness to travel, approximately 60% of the time
