Job Description
Channel & Territory Sales Manager at Rockwell Automation, developing sales strategies in the engineering market. Focused on growing business relationships with assigned distributors in Mexico.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to grow business at assigned accounts
- Exceed annual sales goals and grow customer share
- Establish and maintain relationships with assigned accounts and distributors
- Create business strategies and plans to grow overall sales and market share
- Coordinate activities and resource use with others in the sales organization
- Implement and measure all Allen-Bradley channel commercial programs
- Manage the development of assigned distributors and their performance
- Analyze account requirements and develop an account reach plan with the distributor
- Resolve channel issues and measure distributor performance
- Implement new product launches and promotional programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management
- Experience in channel management or related sales roles within the engineering sector in the Mexico market
- Ability to balance short-term sales goals with long-term goals
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Proficient in English
- Willingness to travel, approximately 60% of the time
