Job Description
Partnership Sales Manager scaling Remote People’s Americas partner ecosystem. Driving HR technology partnerships, pipeline, and revenue for compliant global workforce hiring.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a partnership strategy to create a scalable, revenue-generating partner ecosystem across the Americas
- Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners including PEOs, payroll providers, HR Tech platforms, recruitment agencies, and consulting firms
- Leverage existing industry networks to generate new business opportunities and accelerate pipeline growth
- Own partner-sourced revenue targets and drive opportunities from partner introduction through close
- Develop strong relationships with strategic partners, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact
- Create enablement strategies, resources, and processes to help partners effectively position and sell RemotePeople’s solutions
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to develop co-selling and co-marketing initiatives
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Track partner performance, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI
- Provide insights to leadership on market opportunities, partner trends, and growth strategies
- Continuously improve the partnership playbook to support scalable growth
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners across the Americas
- Represent RemotePeople at industry events, partner meetings, and customer engagements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales roles, ideally within HR Tech, EOR, PEO, payroll, or SaaS
- 2+ years of experience specifically managing partnerships or partner-driven revenue channels
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a quota-carrying role
- Strong existing network within the HR Tech, payroll, EOR, or related ecosystem
- Experience building partnerships from the ground up and creating scalable processes
- Strong understanding of EOR, payroll, and global employment solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience using CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline and performance
- Willingness to travel across America (up to 25%) to meet partners and support business development activities
