Job Description

Payments Partnership Manager expanding PSP, acquirer, and fintech relationships for Mayflower’s global entertainment platforms. Coordinating negotiations, partner operations, sourcing, and launches.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing payment partners, including PSPs, acquirers, APMs, gateways, and payment infrastructure providers
  • Identify opportunities to expand cooperation through new geographies, payment methods, verticals, products, or improved terms
  • Maintain documentation and a pipeline covering statuses, contacts, commercial terms, next steps, risks, and follow-up dates
  • Own partner follow-ups and ensure active topics are not lost
  • Support commercial negotiations covering pricing, fees, reserves, payout terms, settlement terms, SLAs, onboarding timelines, and support obligations
  • Perform initial commercial reviews of partner proposals and agreements
  • Coordinate the business side of partnerships and support communication with technical and product teams
  • Work with CSM and Sales teams on partner-related requests and help validate business value and priority
  • Source new payment partners from business case through launch
  • Prepare structured weekly pipeline updates and escalate blockers, risks, and commercial issues

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in payments, fintech, payment orchestration, merchant-side payment partnerships, payment operations, or payment business development
  • Business-side experience in a merchant, payment orchestrator, payment platform, or payment operations environment strongly preferred
  • Understanding of PSPs, acquirers, APMs, gateways, and payment infrastructure
  • Strong business English and Russian
  • Strong negotiation and partner communication skills
  • High operational discipline and ability to manage multiple parallel partner topics
  • Ability to maintain structured trackers, partner registries, status updates, and documentation
  • Assertive communication style and ability to challenge partners, push for clear answers, and negotiate professionally
  • Strong ownership, including driving follow-ups, escalating risks, and keeping progress visible
  • Experience with high-risk merchants or complex verticals is a plus
  • Experience in payment orchestration is a plus
  • Basic technical understanding of payment integrations is a plus
  • Understanding of chargebacks, rolling reserves, payout delays, settlement, MCCs, and risk appetite is a plus
  • Global payments exposure is a plus
